On July 13th, Fahrenheit restaurant will hold a four-hands dinner, which has already become the restaurant’s tradition. This evening, the guests will be offered a set of 7 courses made by Anton Kovalkov in tandem with the Chef from Georgia Mamiya Jojua.
The Chef Mamiya Jojua is an icon of Tbilisi restaurant cuisine, and his arrival in Moscow will open a new page in the story of relationships between the experienced metropolitan society and authentic Georgian food. In August 2016, Mamiya will take over Kazbek restaurant – a new project by Andrey Dellos, situated on 1905 goda street.
The dinner concept of Kazbek restaurant consists in the union of Russian and Georgian cultures. Both Chefs will have the same set of Georgian products and spices that they will use differently in their dishes.
The dishes execution and the products combination invented by the two brightest chefs won’t leave anyone indifferent. Each course will become a pleasant surprise and a real discovery for the guests.
