Fahrenheit is launching the new season of ‘The Bartenders’. From 1 to 3 October, the restaurant will be hosting Rusty Cervin,
a renowned Slovakian-born mixologist who settled in London, the world’s bar capital, a long time ago. Traditionally, on these days we will be offering an additional cocktail card made up of five designer cocktails by the guest bartender.
Rusty Cervin began his professional career in 2005 in collaboration with Stanislav Vardna, the founder of the Analog Bar Institute of bartender art. From 2008 to 2010 he managed Paparazzi Bar in Bratislava, Slovakia. In 2010 he moved to London and became a member of the HIX bar dream team. Later, in September of the same year, he was appointed as the head mixologist at Connaught Bar, unfailingly listed among the top five of the 50 World’s Most Reputable Bars Ranking.

Rusty Cervin believes that exquisiteness and full-bodiness of taste are the two most essential priorities that are worth paying close attention to in his cocktails.
“I would prefer to concentrate on the right taste, balance and quality of the drink itself rather than spend time on garniture. This part of the cocktail is incredibly important as well, but it should never surpass the drink itself”.

Rusty has been awarded with numerous prestigious awards at international professional bartender contents. For instance, he won the Jenever contest in London in 2010, and the Bombay Sapphire contest in the UK in 2011, in 2013 he became the first-prize winner in the Bols Around The World contest and was honoured as the Bols Platinum Brand-Ambassador.
Together with his friend Marian Beke, Rusty is currently involved in launching The Gibson, their new project in London. The opening of The Gibson is long-awaited by the whole bar industry, as is destined to become one of the most prominent contemporary events.
